Just like a well-programmed GPS, Linkin Navigator points to the finish line

Just like a well-programmed GPS, Linkin Navigator knew exactly where the finish line was, doubling the joy for his proud owners Messrs J F & L M F Wernars, R M Sewgoolam, J Vermaak, Mr L W & Mrs N J Evered-Hall. Earning a proud and hard-fought 2nd career win, Linkin Navigator took his earnings above +R200,000. It’s a feat deserving recognition, given that he has never run out of money in all his 7 starts.

A descendant of the respected Danon Platina (JPN) and Carmalita (AUS), and acquired at a buy price of R600,000 during the NYS22, Linkin Navigator is indeed worthy of the respect he commands. Despite returning a bit sore from Durban, he didn’t let that dampen his competitive spirit. Our team has been managing his training attentively to keep him at the top of his game and has been successful in managing his minor, yet constant, niggles.

While we have all got our eyes on Linkin Navigator, it would be unfair to overlook the stable mate Dr Faustus who ran an impressive 3rd place while carrying a significant weight of 63 kg. As he preps for his third run post-rest, we see a horse with a promising future and high winning potential.

The work never stops, and our dreams always ride high. Well done to our dedicated team, and a big credit to Mr L M F Wernars and Syrilla Stud for breeding.
