SHE LOVES GRASS!

We are happy to celebrate the latest win of our talented filly, LOVEGRASS. Reflecting on her journey, she’s an incredibly talented horse who works very smartly. Interestingly, after her layoff, she behaved exceptionally well, which is unusual for her temperamental nature. Typically, horses come back from a rest feeling energetic and sometimes unruly, but Lovegrass was the opposite. Her behaviour drastically influences her performance, as we saw in her second-last run where poor behaviour led to a poor race finishing 6th. However, this time, her good behaviour translated into a good performance, showing us once again how critical her temperament is.

Our team has been dedicated to ensuring she remains calm and collected, understanding that her success hinges on her ability to conserve energy and stay relaxed. It’s evident that she has the potential to win more races. As she matures and learns to channel her energy efficiently, we anticipate even greater achievements.

Looking ahead, this week may not be as busy, but our focus is firmly set on the upcoming Hollywoodbets Durban July weekend. Everything has gone according to plan so far, and we hope to maintain this positive momentum.
